Pick-up in Waasmunster

When you choose to collect your order in Waasmunster (Oudeheerweg Ruiter 73), this can be done during our opening hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00–12:00 and 12:15–16:00
• Friday & Saturday morning: 9:00–12:00

Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 cannot be collected on Saturday; they will be ready from Monday onwards.

Delivery in Belgium with our own freezer trucks

For orders under €250 net, we charge a transport fee of €45 net. All orders above this amount are delivered free of charge.

We do not deliver in the Netherlands, except for the part of Zeeland between Emmadorp and Cadzand.

After receiving your online order, we will send you an email to let you know on which day we will deliver to you. Would you like to get an idea of what is possible for your region? Then select your municipality on our interactive map at the bottom of this page, where the round number refers to the day of the week on which we deliver to your region.

Delivery in Luxembourg

We deliver up to the Belgium/Luxembourg border, where you can meet us.
The same rates apply as mentioned above under “Delivery in Belgium.”

Alternatively, we can deliver to your home near the border for a small additional transport fee.

Delivery in France

1. We deliver up to the Belgium/France border, where you can meet us. The same rates apply as for delivery in Belgium.
2. Delivery via transport company Stef per pallet.
   Transport cost depends on your department and whether it concerns a small pallet (1–77 kg), a large euro pallet (80–750 kg), or a block pallet (approx. 1000 kg).

Important:

• A pallet of chicks can hold a maximum of 77 boxes.
• A pallet of BARF products / prey animals can hold a maximum of 640 kg.
• A pallet of sprat, herring, or sausages can hold a maximum of 720 kg.
  This is due to the volume these products take up and the height and width limits of the pallet.

3. If you live in northern France within 20 km of the border, the same delivery conditions as Belgium apply.
4. If you live in northern France more than 20 km from the border, we deliver to your home at €1.45 net per km (round trip included), calculated from the border, for orders starting at 450 kg.
