In 2000, Hanno Kiezebrink acquired the British company DA Poultry based in Barrow near Bury St Edmunds. This was the start of Kiezebrink UK Ltd. In addition to producing local day-old chicks for the UK market, Kiezebrink UK became an importer and distributor of products sourced or produced in Europe by Kiezebrink International B.V. based in the Netherlands.
As of 2014 Kiezebrink UK has been led by Alasdair Gordon who is now also a partner in the business. Over the years Kiezebrink UK has developed relationships with suppliers across the UK, EU and rest of the world to offer their customers a wide range of animal foods. This has resulted in Kiezebrink UK Ltd being one of the leading suppliers of exotic animal feeds and raw food diets for cats and dogs in the UK.
