These are carcass trimmings, in other words, pieces that are cut off the carcasses when the meat is cleaned. This therefore concerns meat with fat, skin, and also small bones, still present in the meat after the mechanical cleaning. It is therefore impossible to exclude the possibility that small bones are still present in these trimmings. If there is a very short best-before date on the label, this is because the product was delivered to us fresh and the supplier is then obliged to record a date of a maximum of 1 month after production. However, our products are stored deep-frozen, so they can be stored for at least 2 years after production.
